A damage waiver for hired linen is an agreement offered by Decor it Studio that limits or removes the hirer's financial liability for accidental damage, loss, or theft of the rented linen items. The hirer will pay an additional fee for this waiver, which reduces their responsibility for certain types of damage that might occur during the rental period to a certain extent.
A surcharge for hired linen that covers laundry fees is an additional charge to cover the costs associated with cleaning, sanitising, and preparing the linen for reuse after it has been hired. This fee is typically separate from the initial rental cost for the use of the linen itself and ensures that the items are returned in a clean and hygienic condition for the next client.
While using hired linen, treat it with reasonable care to minimise damage. This includes being mindful of potential stains from food, drinks, or other substances. Use the linen bags provided when transporting all linens, Ensure not open flame is used on the linen, Shake out any loose food particles, crumbs, or other debris from tablecloths and napkins.
Yes, however all candles must be covered in a glass vessel to capture all wax that drips.
Yes you can pick up and return your hired linens to our Warehouse located in Tullamarine between your allocated rental period dates, A photocopy of your drivers license will be taken upon pick up and you must have returned signed T&C.
Please separate the damaged linens into a plastic upon return of your linens and you must notify your project Manager at Décor It Studio via email asap with photo proof.
Yes, this service is an additional 50c per napkin. We offer, book fold, knot and long fold.
No you do not need to wash your hired linens. Place all linens bag in the laundry bag provided by Décor It Studio. If any linen is wet please DO NOT place in the bag as this can cause mould, please let the item dry and then place back in the bag.
