• DIY pick up and return: stock collected from and returned to the Studio Showroom

The optional damage waiver for table linens is listed too, along with the 30% deposit needed to lock in your date. If your hire includes centrepieces with real flame candles, the wax cleaning surcharge is added automatically.

A damage waiver is an optional fee added to your hire that covers accidental damage to table linens, so a snag or a stain does not become a surprise invoice. It is calculated at 8% of your table linen hire total and applies to table linens only, whichever service you choose. Decor and props are not covered. The T&Cs have the full details.

A surcharge is the cleaning fee for removing real melted wax from centrepieces and decor. It applies automatically to any centrepiece used with real flame candles, whichever service you choose. LED candles give the same warm glow with no surcharge, and the team can add them to your hire.

Keep table linens dry and clean, and return them as received. A few simple rules:

1. Scrape off any food or wax gently and do not wash, bleach or iron them.
2. Keep them away from sharp edges, rough surfaces and real flame.
3. Shake out loose debris and fold them back into their original packaging.
4. Let the team know about any rips or stains at handover.
5. No pinning or clipping to gather linens.

Linens are professionally laundered after every hire. With full service styling, the team handles the care for you.

No. Real flame candles are not permitted directly on hired linens. Wax and burn marks are permanent and incur a replacement fee, with the actual cost determined on return. Want the glow of candlelight with the protection built in? Hire a protective glass sleeve along with proper candle holders, so the flame stays contained and your linens stay safe. LED candles are another option, giving the same warm glow without the risk, and the team can add any of these to your hire.

Yes. DIY pick up and return is available from the Studio Showroom in Tullamarine, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays when pre planned and organised. Prefer to skip the trip? Choose delivery and pick up, and the team brings your linens to the venue and collects them afterwards. Hire periods run 3 to 4 days, and linens are returned at the end of that period, packed as received.

Accidents happen, so tell the team as soon as possible and bring the damaged piece back. If the 8% damage waiver was added to your table linens, accidental damage to them is covered. Damaged or broken decor, and any table linens without the waiver, incur a repair or replacement charge, with the actual cost determined on return. Honest and early is the best approach.
