1. For a smooth, crease-free finish, enquire about our professional on-site steaming services
2. DO NOT wash or launder - use linen laundry bags provided
3. Remove any food residue or human biohazards, air-dry if damp, count items, and place them into the supplied laundry bag for return
4. DO NOT use pins, clips or tape to secure, gather or tuck tablelinens

CANDLE WAX

• DO NOT use real flame wax candles directly on our table linens - use a drip tray and candle sleeves - see our decor hire collection
• An additional cleaning fee of $45 per hour will apply if wax drops larger than 15mm are found upon return
• Any melted or accidental fire damage to all table linens will incur a damage or replacement fee

DAMAGE WAIVER

A damage waiver fee of 8% applies to the full price of all linen hire items. This fee covers minor wear and tear to allow us to maintain and replace stock to a high standard.

Please note - the damage waiver is separate from the replacement cost of items that are permanently damaged or lost - this fee is non-refundable
