MATERIAL
Made from a poly blend fabric, these weave napkins feature a subtle textured finish and are designed to be durable for repeated hire while maintaining a refined look.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each napkin is pressed, lightly folded, and packaged ready for use. A laundry bag is included for easy return after your event.

-DO NOT wash or launder.
-Remove any food residue or human biohazards, air-dry if damp, count items, and place them into the supplied laundry bag for return.

DAMAGE WAIVER
A damage waiver fee of 8% applies to the full price of all linen hire items. This fee covers minor wear and tear to allow us to maintain and replace stock to a high standard.
Please note: The damage waiver is separate from the replacement cost of items that are permanently damaged or lost. This fee is non-refundable.
HEMMING & COLOUR BATCHING
Our linen collection typically features a folded hem stitch with colour-matched thread. Occasionally, items may have a visible white stitch or a different hem style (such as a locked stitch). Where applicable, this will be noted in the product description. While we aim to closely match all fabrics within a collection, slight colour variations may occur between batches due to later manufacturing runs.
CANDLE WAX
-DO NOT use real flame wax candles directly on our napkins.
-An additional cleaning fee of $45 per hour will apply if wax drops larger than 15mm are found upon return.
-Any melting or accidental fire damage to napkins will incur a damage or replacement fee.
