Simmonds came to us with a clear directive: honour a standout year for their team and put them centre stage. Because excellence isn’t quiet, and it certainly doesn’t blend into the background.

We took over Metropolis and transformed it into a study in rich crimson and shadow. Lush red blooms spilled across every table, layered, unapologetic, and glowing against sleek dark linens like embers in the night. Every arrangement was designed to command the space, creating individual stages across the entire room.

Then came the tempo. Towering floral installations reached for the rafters, catching the light from high above, while low, textured arrangements kept things intimate at eye level. The interplay created an unmistakable pulse throughout the venue up, down, constant movement, and visual drama from every single seat.

We anchored the atmosphere with a sea of rich red taper candles flickered low and slow. No harsh overhead lights, just an electric, moody glow that gave the space a deep, magnetic warmth. Every table practically vibrated from within.

When it came to the main stage, the floral styling mirrored that same unapologetic presence. Sculptural arrangements framed the podium with sharp lines and cascading metallic details, ensuring every speaker stood in the spotlight they earned.
