And values, as we say, are not just words on a wall. They are the heartbeat of everything we do. The same energy we pour into every event, every brief and every beautifully considered detail is the same energy we bring to how we operate, source and take responsibility for our impact on the world around us.
We vibe it into every decision, every supplier relationship and every piece of inventory we send out the door. From the way we manage our florals to the way we pack down an event, sustainability is woven into the fabric of this studio. Not perfectly, though progressively, purposefully and with genuine commitment to doing better every single time.

Objectives
Every decision we make is guided by a clear set of sustainability objectives that sit at the core of how we run this business. To reduce waste generated through event styling and operations. To prioritise reusable hire inventory and long-life products. To minimise the use of single-use materials wherever possible.
To encourage recycling and responsible disposal practices across every department. To work with suppliers and source materials that align with sustainable values. To continuously improve our operational sustainability procedures and hold ourselves accountable to doing better.
REUSABLE DeCOR & HIRE PRACTICES
The majority of our décor and linen products are reusable hire items designed for repeated use across multiple events. Every piece of hire stock is carefully maintained, cleaned, repaired and repurposed where possible to extend its lifespan and reduce unnecessary waste. When we select styling elements for our hire collection, longevity and versatility are always part of the brief. Beautiful things should last and we design our inventory with exactly that in mind.

RECYCLING PRACTICES
Decor It Studio maintains dedicated recycling streams for paper, cardboard and general waste across our operations. Recyclable materials are separated from general waste, we have two bins onsite. As standard practice packaging materials received from suppliers are reused wherever possible for storage, transport and event packing. We believe responsible disposal is not optional. It is part of how a professional studio operates.
PACKAGING & TRANSPORT
Reusable tubs, containers and protective wraps are used during event deliveries and pack-downs wherever possible. Excess packaging is minimised and recycled wherever practical. Our deliveries and installations are planned efficiently to reduce unnecessary transport, fuel usage and the environmental footprint of every event we deliver.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & PRINTING
Digital design solutions are always encouraged where suitable to reduce unnecessary printing. Where printed materials are required, we aim to use recyclable paper stocks, sustainable substrates and responsible print quantities. Event stationery and signage are designed with material efficiency in mind, so nothing is produced beyond what is needed.
SUPPLIER & PROCUREMENT
We aim to work with suppliers who share our commitment to environmentally responsible practices. Preference is given to durable, reusable and recyclable products and materials wherever practical, and we continue to review our sourcing methods to identify more sustainable alternatives. As our studio grows, so does our responsibility to ensure the businesses we partner with reflect the values we stand behind.
OPERATIONAL PRACTICES
Day-to-day operations at Decor It Studio are managed with a genuine consideration for reducing excess consumption and avoidable waste. Equipment, materials and stock are reused and stored carefully to maximise lifespan and minimise replacement. From the way we run our warehouse to the way we manage our studio, every operational decision is made with sustainability in mind alongside creativity, quality and service.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Decor It Studio recognises that sustainability is an ongoing process and not a destination. We are committed to continually reviewing and improving our practices across every area of the business. This means expanding our reusable inventory, improving recycling and waste management, reducing unnecessary packaging and printing, exploring more sustainable materials and supplier partnerships and encouraging environmentally conscious event styling solutions at every level of what we do. We do not claim to be perfect. We claim to care deeply and to keep pushing forward.
