When you step into a hall as iconic as The State Library, you do not just show up, you command the space. For the wedding of Joey and Megan , our mission was simple: take timeless, classic romance and turn the volume all the way up. We took towering grand architecture, soaring columns, and ornate ceilings, then layered them with pure, unapologetic luxury.

Every detail was curated to perfection, starting with two endless banquet tables running down the magnificent hall like a royal runway. We lined the tables with pristine white linens, crisp glassware, and ghost chairs that allowed the grand surrounding architecture to shine straight through. The floor layout was a masterclass in scale and symmetry, creating an atmosphere that felt both wildly intimate and soaringly grand.

The floral design was absolute perfection, cascading with lush white roses, cloud like baby’s breath, and full white blooms. We kept the palette pure white to pop against the heritage details, letting the natural beauty of the flowers do all the heavy lifting. Intricate arrangements stretched seamlessly down the long tables, bringing rich texture, movement, and effortless grace into every single shot.

Lighting is everything when you are creating pure magic, so we flooded the room with candlelight. Elegant pillar candles encased in modern glass cylinders lined the banquets, casting a soft, golden radiance across the entire space. Floating lights twinkled in clear water stems, complementing the elevated gold candelabras and adding a rich, romantic glow that mesmerised every single guest.

At the focal point stood the main bridal setup: a sleek, high gloss white stage accented with floor floral installations and a seamless backdrop that exuded pure royalty. Every piece of stationery, down to the arched acrylic welcome signage set upon a gold frame, was executed with sharp precision. It was bold, fearless, and breathtaking, proving once again that when vision meets immaculate execution, magic happens.
