The Design Process
Step One
THE BRIEF... SEND US YOUR INSPO!
Don't hold back. Drop us a hello via our contact page, throw in your inspo, your event details, your must-haves and your maybes. The wilder the brief, the better we work. Prefer to do it in person? Come visit our showroom and let's talk stationery and signage face to face.
Step Two
QUOTE & MATERIAL SELECTION
Once we have your brief, we'll put together a detailed quote and production timeline. Visit us in the showroom to touch samples, explore substrates, pick colours and feel the difference between materials. The right finish changes everything and we'll help you find it.
Step Three
PROOFS & APPROVAL
This is where it gets real. We'll send through your initial design proofs for review, with two rounds of revisions included to make sure every detail, every typographic choice and every finish is exactly right. We sweat the small stuff so you don't have to. Nothing goes to print without your full sign-off.
Step Four
PRODUCTION & SHIP OR SET-UP
With your approval locked in, we move straight into production. Your finished pieces are carefully produced to the highest standard and delivered straight to your door. Where required, our team handles on-site installation. Precise, considered and completely on brief from start to finish.
When should I place my order?
Please note that all orders must be approved for production at least three weeks before you need them. The briefing and design process should commence approximately six weeks prior to your delivery date.
