When Toyota hosted their National Skills Gala at the Sofitel, the venue transformed into an immersive environment blending cyberpunk edge with high fashion floral design. Suspended neon light rods sliced through the dark ballroom, casting an electric crimson glow that set an energized mood across the entire room.The table centerpieces created a bold visual clash. Crimson roses, bright violet and neon lime disbud mums, and textured lime green pom poms trick carnations contrasted against dark foliage, while sharp angular acrylic mirrored inserts reflected the surrounding red lighting and featured custom table number application.

Retro pop art props added an editorial twist to the photo moment. Oversized red lips, giant strawberries, glossy brick mobile phones, and vintage press microphones rested directly alongside the lush botanicals to encourage guest interaction. A bold structural floral to the photo moment. Dense clusters of ruffled purple chrysanthemums and velvet bright red nina rose petals, creating a multi dimensional effect framed by a sleek clear plinth with more acrylic triangle accents.

An elaborate dessert bar served as a central feature station supplied by the amazing team at the Candy Buffet Co. Tiers of glass apothecary jars filled with sweets sat on shimmering silver runners, framed by more vibrant floral wings  to turn late night treats into an installation.

By combining high end floristry, reflective architectural elements, and dramatic lighting, the design delivered a modern corporate gala aesthetic with complete confidence and BIG DECOR ENERGY.
