Some venues whisper. St Kilda Town Hall roars. We gave it three something-to-prove-about moments. Those soaring white arches and raw, exposed brick were begging for drama, so we delivered it three ways: three centrepiece looks, each with its own personality, each designed to show exactly what we can bring to your table. Literally.

Look one came to play in full colour: bold reds and hot pinks clustered low and lush, paired with gold candlesticks and burgundy runners pooling across cream linen like spilled wine. Look two turned the romance up, a soft pastel arrangement floating high on an elevated stand, all whimsy and movement, with gold accents catching that warm amber uplight. And look three went gloriously oversized: a wild, organic installation of garden roses and foliage in a tall sculptural vase, loosened and unapologetically abundant, set against the exposed brick like it grew there.

But we didn’t stop at the centre of the table, because the details are where the luxury lives. Each setting was styled differently: napkins knotted against oatmeal weave linens, crisp whites and glassware gleam, every charger, taper and fold chosen with intention. Proof that the same room, the same night, can hold completely different moods depending on how you dress it.

Then a whole other personality. Twin banquet tables in a shimmering champagne linen, modern grey velvet chairs, black napkins folded sharp, black tapered candles and tealights glowing down the line, topped with fresh chartreuse greenery in glass cylinders. Moody, architectural, editorial, the kind of setting that makes a long table feel like a runway.
